1、Enhanced Durability and Corrosion Resistance
The box enclosure is constructed from high-quality, high-strength stainless steel plates (201/304), significantly enhancing corrosion resistance and ensuring durability. It is designed for all-weather use and can withstand accidental or intentional damage. The rounded corners are formed using specialized molds.
2、Efficient Thermal Management and Insulation
It features a foam honeycomb double-layer structure filled with high-performance heat insulation material, providing effective insulation and dissipation.
This equipment serves urban public power distribution, street lamp power distribution, and industrial needs. It accepts, converts, and distributes electric energy, supporting ring network or terminal power supply modes. The transformer room doesn’t have a closed shell but utilizes natural ventilation for cooling. It effectively solves heat dissipation issues, particularly in high-temperature areas. This substation comprises three parts: transformer, high voltage chamber, low voltage chamber, arranged in a font or font type structure.
This product features:
1. Strong mechanical bending resistance, impact resistance, tensile strength.

Working conditions
1. Altitude: ≤2000M.
2. Ambient temperature: high temperature: +40ºC; Low temperature: -45ºC : high monthly average temperature: +30ºC : high annual average temperature: +20ºC;
3.Installation environment: no explosive, corrosive liquid, gas and dust, installation site without violent shock. Alowed in a certain period of time Or run completely submerged in water.
4. Ground acceleration induced by earthquake Ag: Horizontal direction < 3m/s; Vertical direction < 1.5m/s.
5. Power supply voltage waveform: Approximately sine wave.
6. Symmetry of three-phase power supply: For three-phase underground transformers, the voltage of the three-phase power supply should be roughly symmetrical.
