Large Capacity 15kv to 3000kVA Compact Transformer Substation Pad Mounted Transformer

The shell design adopts advanced technology, featuring solidity, thermal insulation, corrosion resistance, dustproof, waterproof, and other characteristics. Various shell materials such as aluminum alloy plate, steel plate, composite plate, stainless steel plate, and non-metallic materials are available for selection.The high-voltage switchgear options for incoming, metering, and outgoing lines include XGN15, HXGN17, or KYN28A. For low-voltage switchgear, options such as GGD, GCS, or MNS are chosen for low-voltage incoming lines, reactive power compensation, and low-voltage outgoing lines.

1、Altitude: Not exceeding 2000 meters.

2、Ambient temperature:

High temperature: +40ºC; Low temperature: -45ºC; High monthly average temperature: +30ºC; High annual average     temperature: +20ºC.

3、Installation environment: No explosive, corrosive liquids, gases, or dust. The installation site should be free from severe vibrations and allows operation submerged in water for a certain period or completely.

4、Ground acceleration induced by earthquake (Ag):

Horizontal direction lower than 3m/s; Vertical direction lower than 1.5m/s.

5、Power supply voltage waveform: Approximately sinusoidal.

6、Three-phase power supply symmetry:

For three-phase underground transformers, the three-phase power supply voltage should be roughly symmetrical.
